Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat security is in place for me while I shop and make purchases? This website store protects customer information. We do not rent, lease or sell information about the website users, or our customers to third parties. What kind of electronic payment options are available to me? We accept PAYPAL for all Credit Card Payments. You may send us payment via PayPal, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Personal checks are accepted but must clear before the print(s) can be shipped. The Payment process is simple. When you make a purchase... (add to shopping cart) just follow the instructions from PayPal for your credit card payment. When you make a purchase you will see a https link indicating that the payment site and your purchase are secure. Please make sure that you provide your current shipping address and contact information. After completing payment for your purchase you will be automatically returned to our website (from PayPal) to view your order completion. We will notify you immediately through ProStores and PayPal with a personal email or phone call confirming the purchase/payment and shipping details. We ship within 24-48 hours.
All Print Sales should be considered Final so please be sure to email us contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase. Print Purchases are fully insured and can be immediately replaced in the event of lost or damaged packages. Be sure to keep the original packaging which may be needed for an insurance claim. Do you accept payment from International Customers? Yes, we are set up to accept payment through PayPal. Shipping charges are exact based upon cost. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery to most locations throughout Europe and Canada. Please contact us about your purchase considerations and request for your best shipping options. Do you accept payment by mail? Yes, Domestic Checks and Money Orders are welcome. This is an acceptable option if you are not in a hurry. But please let us know when the payment is mailed. How are my art print(s) shipped? All Art Prints are professionally packaged in our own custom framing cartons and mailed Flat by USPS PRIORITY MAIL, Insured with Delivery Confirmation. Your purchases will be well protected. We are known for our superior and careful packaging. In the event of lost or damaged packages, your order will be immediately replaced at no additional expense.
Can I order a custom size? Yes, custom sizes are available but please contact us first before making your purchase. Also, custom orders can take longer to process depending upon our schedule. Additional costs may be involved for specialized packaging, labor and other materials needed to process your order.
How fast are my questions answered? Normally, we'll get back to you on the same day or within 24 hours. How fast are my print order(s) processed? Print orders are processed within 1-2 days.
How do I keep track of my print order(s)? Registering with us and creating a password will enable you to keep track of your purchases. When making a purchase you will receive communications from us to confirm payment. We will provide you with your USPS tracking delivery confirmation information. We have never lost a package or suffered print damage in over ten years. We have over 3,000 satisfied customers and stand at 100% postive feedback to date.

![]() KELLER, Clyde (C.) (1947-) is a native of Oregon and celebrated for his documentary photographs and fine art prints of Pacific Northwest subject matter. His current photographic work is featured in several new books including the just released, "Acid Christ." Of note is his newest publishing project, "In The Stream" (in collaboration with author, Terrence E. Paupp) which looks at his important archive of Robert F. Kennedy photographs. Clyde is the grandson of Clyde Leon Keller, (1872-1962) an important Oregon based Plein-Air Impressionist Painter. Keller currently resides in Bend, Oregon where he is actively engaged in creative photography and publishing projects continuing his lifelong interest in the photographic arts. |
