Original Clyde Keller pictorial, landscape and iconic portraits of Coastal characters are presented together for the first time as beautiful fine art prints. Clyde began photographing the Oregon Coast as a teenager in the early 1960s. His Christmas Day Storm seascape from 1963 looks towards Cannon Beach as it was viewed from a trailhead at Ecola park. Other rarities include a colony of star fish entitled, "Starfish Island" as well as his 1968 series of Robert F. Kennedy imagery taken near the Peter Iredale wreck at Fort Stevens State Park. This is a personal collection reflecting Clyde's actual coastal experiences as he lived them.

Historic Robert F. Kennedy documentary photo of Bobby walking with his pet dog Freckles along the Oregon Coast shoreline is offered as a museum grade art print. I used an advanced motorized Nikon F with an 85mm Nikkor lens, a personal favorite for pictorial or photojournalism photography. The moderate telephoto perspective lends a most natural pictorial perspective perfect for the brilliant overcast light. Kodak Ektachrome film was used for this eloquent study.

Robert was a living embodiment of his slain brother. He represents the resurrection of the promise that he and his brother embodied while in the White House. That restoration, after Dallas, took many forms: Civil Rights at home, Human Rights abroad and the end of Apartheid for all people. His message and charisma and his policies were understood as ending all of the cruel and artificial divisions allowing him to bring a process of healing between people.

Bobby Kennedy's famous "Coast Run" was captured on May 24, 1968. The view looks north along the Oregon coastline with his pet dog, Freckles shown tagging behind. The light was changing rapidly during the shoot lending an evocative mood change resulting from the interplay of light and heightened by the foreshortened perspective of the 300mm telephoto lens.

This classic documentary photo dates from near the end of the May 1968 Oregon Primary Presidential Campaign and less than a few weeks before his death at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles. Freckles, Kennedy's pet dog, is shown left. The entire scene has a natural pictorial look augmented by the use of a longer than normal focal length lens. I used a motorized Nikon F with an 85mm Nikkor lens; this exposure was made on Kodak Ektachrome film. The print faithfully captures the saturated, atmospheric color of the scene.

In this documentary photograph, Bobby, Ethel and Freckles (pet dog) make their way towards the beach as the press follows. Photographed at Fort Stevens State Park, the historic shipwreck of the Peter Iredale looms in the background.
Just behind Bobby and Ethel is JFK photographer and photojournalist, Burton Berinsky. This photograph dates from the US presidential campaign during the May Oregon Primary. Exposures were made with my custom designed Motor Nikon F equipped with a 28mm Nikkor and captured on Kodak Ektachrome 64 film. The original transparencies and negatives have been kept in dark storage and are in pristine condition.

Photographed at Ecola State Park on August 1, 1973. The photograph was taken during a hike into the tidal pool areas at Indian Beach withinside Ecola State Park near Cannon Beach, Oregon. The camera used was a Nikon F with a 24mm wide angle Nikkor lens, perfect for working close and working wide. This is a fine grain ultra sharp print; the original exposure is on Kodak 135 Panatomic-X Film.

Featured in a new HBO documentary film about the life of Ethel Kennedy by Rory Kennedy. Premiered at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival. In 2007, Kennedy’s HBO documentary film entitled the "Ghosts of Abu Ghraib" premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and won the 2007 Primetime Emmy Award for Best Documentary. I am honored to be included in this new film.
