Here's folksinger and songwriter, Bill Valenti who performed Saturday night at Dudley's Bookshop Cafe, receiving a warm reception for his rendition of "This Land Is Your Land" by Woody Guthrie. Also performing are Allan Byer (Wooden Spoons) and Joe Katroscik on Congas.
A short lecture was given by Neil Browne (OSU Oregon Cascades American Studies faculty, Assoc. Professor of English) drawn from literature giving a back story to and appreciation for the protest songs being sung at Dudley's Bookshop Cafe, Saturday, December 3, 2011.
