The Times they are Pathetic Original Clyde Keller protest art print, signed Lyrics for song by Terrence E. Paupp
In this surreal, interpretive Art Print- I was inspired by prose written by my friend Terrence E. Paupp. Normally, Terry writes books about World Governance and World Peace, but with a continuing stream of dismal headlines and the feeling that our country is headed towards financial catastrophe as if we were all embarked on a doomed vessel such as the Titanic, Terry wrote this poem (or song) to relieve the stress. So, here's the inspiration which led to my own creative work in response to his sardonic lament-- and counterpoint to Bob Dylan's - Times They are a-Changin. Lyrics:
We all live in Pathetic Times- We share a Pathetic Culture- We experience Pathetic Things-
We're exposed to Pathetic People- Who are collectively headed toward a Pathetic End And hence our lives are doomed to be Pathetic Through no fault of our own
Chorus:
Some will say the people are myopic Some will say the people are pedantic Some will say they like trivial things too much But I say they are all just Pathetic _________________________________ Beautiful 16x20 Inch Archival Giclee Print Image Dimensions are 11.3x17 inches Printed on Epson Satin paper Signed, Dated by Clyde Keller
