Included in the RFK Center Photo Collection This vintage documentary arts image depicts Robert and Ethel Kennedy greeting their supporters on the Oregon Primary election night. This beautiful pair reveals the warmth of the evening and the sincere wishes of success for those who came to greet them. The photographs were captured with a customized motor Nikon F equipped with an 85mm Nikkor lens, known for its extraordinary resolution. Exposures were made on Kodak Tri-X film. The original negative has been kept in dark storage and is in pristine condition producing a superb print of beguiling tonality. Kennedy fought for Civil Rights as Attorney General; his positive vision for the advancement of peace, justice, equality and responsibility is still relevant today.
