Robert Kennedy is shown speaking at a Portland, Oregon political rally. During this speech he addressed ending the Vietnam War as a central issue in his campaign. This expressive photograph dates from the US presidential campaign made during the May Oregon Primary.The photograph was taken with a 55mm Nikkor "Micro" lens, a personal favorite for dramatic emphasis, as shown with Bobby's gestural hand movement. Exposures were made on Kodak TRI-X film. I used the original pristine Tri-X negative to produce this razor sharp, brilliant print.
