Even though the sailboat is far away the telephoto lens brings it and the opposite shore and the Olympic Peninsula into closer view. The bold colors and "pointalistic" fine art technique captures the reflected light off the water and with a dash of abstraction infused into the scene to make this a most aesthetically pleasing rendering of a fantastic subject.
