This vintage 1976 documentary arts photo captures Hubert Humphrey (1911-1978) in a private conversation in his hotel room taken during the 1976 Democratic Convention. He was the Vice President of the United States under Lyndon B. Johnson's Administration.The camera I used for all of the Republican and Democratic Convention photographs were Motorized Nikons with Nikkor Lenses. This photograph was taken on the with a 85mm Nikkor telephoto, a personal favorite for fast available light work, especially for portraiture.
