This FINE Condition  hard to find volume has been stored in a smoke free library since purchased new. The book is in Excellent Used Condition with very little apparent wear.  Slightly bumped lower corners on the lower boards and slight soiling to the boards, else without incident.  The binding is tight.  The interior is clean with no tears, creases or evidence of anything other than careful use. This volume has been kept in storage as an extra copy for a researcher's library.  This is currently the best condition (As-New) book available at the best price.
