This Fine Condition Copy has been stored in a smoke free library since purchased used after 1967. Please note light shelf wear (dust settlement on top pages) typical of a vintage book rescued from the "wild." It's been properly stored since then and is a highly desirable specimen. The red/blue cloth boards are excellent with perfect gilt graphic inlays. The hardcover boards are straight with no warps and possess sharp corners. Ditto for the tight binding with perfect signatures. On the interior the pages are both clean and bright.... inks saturated (no fading) and vibrant. No creases or evidence of anything other than careful storage as an extra copy for a researcher's library.
