Technical Note: We have endeavored to match the actual color as much as possible in this web jpg reproduction. Graphics and Computer monitors tend to add translucency to reflective art or add their own color bias sometimes with a menu of color display setting user selections such as for internet, text, game or movie let alone fine art reproduction. We photographed this painting in the SRGB Color Space using a Nikon D300 for web use. Your monitor may show the colors brighter (or darker) than the art work. The color space will condense the color palette making some color differentiation more difficult. Thus stated, the original is magnificent and has been kept away from any source of light since its purchase, essentially it has been kept in dark storage.
Lofquist Signature, signed lower left corner of painting in oil.
