Pictured is Ray Duray, organizer making a short speech before the March at Brandis Square in downtown Bend. Shortly after this photo was taken participants made their way in a grand loop around the central city area. This was the 5th Anniversary of Marches to protest the ongoing war in Iraq. Similar marches were held that weekend nationally over the St. Patricks day weekend. The "Imagine Peace" March was organized by Ray Duray with the support of many concerned Citizens.
