In 1977 I worked on a documentary project capturing descendants of the Tuality Plains settlers of Washington County, Oregon. Pictured is surviving pioneer, Felix McCullough driving his 1925 tractor (still functional in 1977) on his Scoggin Valley Farm -- now covered by water. Photo was taken over 32 years ago. Felix was representative of the valley's pioneer heritage... and the last of a then living heritage. This image was featured on the cover of the photographic calendar entitled, "Valley People."
