In 1977 I created a documentary project with the intention of capturing descendants of the Tuality Plains settlers of Washington County, Oregon. Pictured is surviving pioneer, Felix McCullough overlooking his Scoggin Valley Farm -- now covered by water. Photo was taken over 32 years ago. Felix was representative of the valley's pioneer heritage... and the last of a then living heritage. This image was featured on the cover of the photographic calendar entitled, "Valley People."
